Participate in the research and development of TikTok's search business, use cutting-edge technology to create exciting products, and provide hundreds of millions of users with the best search experience 2. Use strong technical capabilities and a meticulous technical perspective to explore the performance bottlenecks of the system, break through conventions to optimize and improve without boundaries, and create excellent search products 3. Search cloud platform to solve hundreds of billions of data platform work and demanding high-accuracy recruitment issues 4. Process data from hundreds of billions of documents and short video data sets to ensure that they can be indexed in a timely manner, and promote the construction of offline data platforms to provide reliable data support for search engines.
Qualifications
1. 2 years or more of server development experience 2. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to see the essence of problems from complex engineering phenomena 3. Excellent coding skills, data structures and basic algorithm skills, able to draw inferences from one instance 4. Familiar with mainstream programming languages such as C, C++, Golang, Java, etc., and always maintain a curiosity and learning attitude towards cutting-edge technologies 5. Priority will be given to those with experience in developing mainstream search and recommendation directions 6. Good at communication, without setting boundaries, and able to actively cooperate with product and QA teams to jointly ensure business development and launch.
