Participate in the server-side research and development of the TikTok open platform and establish capabilities and systems that comply with industry standards 2. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of the server-side system architecture, cope with complex system application scenarios, and continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability 3. Ensure the security of the open ecosystem, connect native ecosystem developers through technical capability output, and establish a safe, powerful, and rich open ecosystem 4. Use technology to drive product innovation, optimize customer experience, and enhance system value.
Qualifications
1. 1 year or more of server-side development experience have good business understanding and abstraction capabilities 2. Be proficient in using basic data structures and algorithms, and have good coding habits 3. Have experience in the design and development of large-scale distributed systems, and be able to independently complete system design and development 4. Be proficient in common Golang/Java/Python frameworks, and have an in-depth understanding of the features provided by the framework and the details of its implementation principles 5. Be familiar with distributed systems, proficient in relational and non-relational databases, proficient in one or more service frameworks and message middleware, and understand their respective functions. Demonstrate principles and usage scenarios 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, self-driving force and growth mindset.
