Backend Development Engineer-Jianying (Shenzhen)

1. Responsible for CapCut template content production management and distribution, hotspot mining, creator growth, creative guidance & incentives and other server-side R&D work 2. Responsible for the evolution of the business architecture of CapCut content ecology and ensuring the stable operation of business deployment in multiple computer rooms at home and abroad 3. Responsible for the research and development of business systems and architecture evolution such as wake-up image templates and marketing images 4. In daily iterations, focus on the performance, stability, and scalability of services, accumulate general system capabilities, meet the needs of complex business scenarios, and improve R&D efficiency and quality.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications and other related majors 2. Have good basic skills, solid data structure & algorithm foundation, and love programming 3. Have experience in high-concurrency service design and implementation, and have good system design capabilities 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, the ability to independently solve problems, and can actively promote the implementation of things.
