Responsibilities

It provides one-stop work collaboration, organizational management, business efficiency tools and in-depth AI capabilities in enterprise scenarios, helping enterprises to grow and improve. From the Internet, high technology, consumer retail, to manufacturing, finance, medical health, etc., advanced companies in all walks of life are choosing Feishu to create industry best practices with Feishu. For advanced teams, use Feishu first. 1. Responsible for the research and development of Feishu IM business systems, including but not limited to: group systems, messaging systems, user information systems and other business systems 2. Responsible for the design and optimization of Feishu IM technology and system architecture, and the design and maintenance of multi-node friend relationships, private capability interoperability, super large groups and other IM cutting-edge system capabilities 3. Responsible for the design and optimization of Feishu IM AI applications, exposure to industry cutting-edge technologies, building efficient evaluation methods and technical systems, and continuing to explore the application scenarios of AI technology in the office field 4. Work closely with product, algorithm and other teams to lead the business and promote the implementation of related capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in using at least one programming language, and have a good understanding of language features 2. Familiar with common components such as Redis, MySQL, NoSQL, and message queues 3. Have a deep understanding of high availability, high scalability, and high concurrency of the system, and those with experience in PaaS platform and basic component development will be given priority 4. Have a deep understanding of business, be able to translate abstract needs into concrete implementation solutions, and have good project communication, coordination, cooperation, and promotion capabilities 5. Love programming, have strong learning and abstraction abilities, have a strong desire for knowledge, curiosity and enterprising spirit, and be able to pay attention to and learn the latest technology in the industry in a timely manner 6. Have strong innovation ability, and have a strong willingness and subjective initiative to continuously explore new AI technologies and application scenarios.
