Back-end R&D Engineer - Stability Direction

1. Participate in the construction of ultra-large-scale data center network platform products and tool services 2. Continuously improve processes, mechanisms and strategies such as resource management/data precipitation/monitoring alarms/operation and maintenance 3. Conduct in-depth analysis on platform stability construction and governance methodology, and lead improvements and optimizations 4. Participate in business stability architecture design and provide professional stability and architecture optimization solutions 5. Responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale online stress testing, fault drills, and plan drills so that the system can effectively manage risks and quickly respond to failures.

1. Proficient in at least one development language in Go/Python/Java, solid programming skills, good data structure and algorithm skills 2. More than 3 years of experience in network operation and maintenance, monitoring, high-availability guarantee and other technical fields, with in-depth understanding in at least one field 3. Experience in product, platform design and implementation in the field of large-scale Internet infrastructure.
