- Define product vision & strategy: Own the roadmap and drive feature development that differentiates us in the global creative market.
Transform GenAI into real user value:
- Explore and design innovative use cases that integrate the latest Generative AI capabilities into video and photo workflows from idea to execution.
Drive growth through data:
- Translate user behavior data into actionable insights to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
Design seamless user journeys:
- Craft intuitive user flows and detailed product specifications to deliver world-class user experiences.
Lead cross-functional execution:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, AI research, and marketing teams to bring AI-driven features to life.
Build scalable product consistency:
- Define cross-product guidelines to ensure a cohesive and aligned user experience across our ecosystem.
Continuously raise the bar:
- Optimize usability, elevate content quality, and enhance customer satisfaction through ongoing iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile applications, creative tools, or AI-driven products.
- Proven experience in UX-focused product planning, with at least 2 years of hands-on involvement in user flow design and feature specification.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business functions.
- Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies, especially Generative AI, with the ability to translate new capabilities into real product value.
