Job Description:
1. Analyzing customer journey, plan and execute our consumer acquisition and engagement campaigns based on company strategy, optimize customer experience, and continuously improve our promotion efficiency to boost revenue of IAP.
2. Analyzing consumer data with competitive observation to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Understand consumer behavior by analyzing the user journey, find the preference or pain points during the purchase experience.
4. Track campaign results, optimize promotions and communications by running experiments or A/B testing.
5. Tackle with the consumer issues and investigate the key roots of user churn.
6. Launch and operationalize new consumer-facing product features by collaborating closely with cross functional teams.
Qualification:
-1+ years working experience.
-Proficiency in English
-Strong data analysis capabilities with business sense.
-Excellent in presentation and verbal/written communication.
-To be a self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently.
-Able to identify business problems and potential solutions based on segmentation data and frameworks.
