Job Description

You will be responsible for defining and executing B2B (Business-to-Business) sales strategies for corporate clients within the Agricultural and Industrial Products sector. Your main goal is to drive sales revenue, achieve annual targets, and manage long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales and Business Growth

  1. Develop and execute strategiccorporate sales plansthat align with company policy and boost market competitiveness.
  2. Monitor sales performance to consistently achieve targets and increasemarket share.
  3. Prepare and manage annual sales forecasts and detailedsales budgeting.

2. Client Management and New Business Development

  1. Acquisition:Actively seek out and develop new corporate clients and markets, focusing on both domestic andinternational sales opportunities.
  2. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing key clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Financial Control:Oversee and follow up on the timely and complete collection of receivables from customers.

3. Operational Support

  1. Support corporate marketing activities and other company initiatives, including CSR programs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 yearsof robust experience inInternational SalesorCorporate B2B Sales.
  3. Experience in corporate sales within theAgricultural Products/Agro-Chemicalssector (e.g., fertilizers) is amajor advantage.
  4. Proven ability in strategic planning and sales budgeting. Knowledge of laws/regulations related to the agricultural industry.
  5. Good English Proficiency(speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for communication with international contacts.
