Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive wealth planning strategies for high-net-worth clients within the assigned portfolio
- Conduct detailed financial assessments and provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with client objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, reviews, and proactive advisory services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with product teams to deliver integrated banking solutions
- Prepare detailed wealth planning proposals, investment portfolios, and financial reports for client presentations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all wealth planning activities
- Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance brand presence and client acquisition
- Monitor market trends and economic developments to provide timely insights and strategy adjustments
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value client portfolios and deliver exceptional service
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and banking systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
