Job Description
Key Responsibilities
l Manage the planning and execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly incentive competition programs, including communication and coordination with sales units, proposal reporting, event planning, execution of events/banquets, vendor liaison, and budget control, etc.
l Manage and execute departmental MyVoice activities, including coordination and communication, proposal reporting, event execution, vendor liaison, and budget control, etc.
l Manage and execute physical credit card sales channels and development, including negotiating booth/exhibition rentals and contract signing, as well as booth budget planning and control.
l Lead project teammates to enhance the sales process and drive digital initiatives.
l Handle ad hoc assignments from senior management.
Requirements
l Strategical thinking and planning capability.Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive.
l Good interpersonal and communication / presentation skills.Good in MS office tool, including Excel and PowerPoint.
l Willing to take challenge, ability to work under pressure.
l Knowledge of products (including wealth management, secured loan, credit card and unsecured loan) and sales process.
l Fluent English in both oral and written communication
l University or above. With 5+ years consumer banking business experience is preferred.
