Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Provide guidance and coaching to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in wealth management and client servicing
- Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and delivery
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and services, and the ability to provide comprehensive financial solutions to high-net-worth clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
