Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to drive the growth and expansion of the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing Treasures clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and Operations, to deliver a seamless client experience
- Mentor and develop the team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve business goals
- Strong understanding of the Treasures segment and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
