Job responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end sales fulfillment process for branch channel insurance, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales-related documents and requests
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer journey, uplift efficiency, and optimize turnaround times
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in all fulfillment activities
- Liaise effectively with various internal stakeholders, including sales team, product team, Tech and Ops to ensure seamless workflows and issue resolution
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various insurers
- Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity
- Handle escalations and complex situations, providing guidance and resolution strategies to team members
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, operations or product management within Bancassurance or insurance industry
- Proven experience in leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
