AVP, Solutions Consulting

iCompaz (Infosys Compaz) are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams in designing and presenting innovative business and technology solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise architecture expertise, pre-sales experience, and a consulting background to help clients solve complex business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Lead solution discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, transformation roadmaps, and high-level solution designs.
• Partner with sales teams throughout the pursuit lifecycle, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and client demonstrations.
• Articulate business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful transition from solution design to implementation.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across cloud, applications, data, and enterprise architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven pre-sales experience supporting enterprise sales pursuits and customer engagements.
• Strong background working with a consulting, system integration, or technology services organization.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• TOGAF, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
• Experience working across industries such as Public Sector within Singapore market
