About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Business Planning Project Manager to drive key strategic initiatives within the Consumer Banking Group (CBG). This role plays a critical part in
wealth management and branch transformation projects, delivering meaningful business impact through data-driven planning and execution.
You will lead high-impact programs such as
branch rationalization, digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, cross-business collaboration, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Project Leadership
- Take ownership of CBG key projects, particularly in wealth management and branch transformation
- Support business heads in strategy development, planning, and execution
- Drive impactful initiatives with a data-driven approach, delivering measurable business outcomes
- Proactively communicate project updates and insights to senior stakeholders
Branch & Customer Experience Management
- Oversee branch service environments, facilities, and operational standards
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for wealth management customers
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer and employee experience (EJ improvement)
Branch Facilities & Vendor Management
- Act as Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for outsourced service arrangements:
- Manage contracts, renewals, site visits, and payments
- Ensure vendors meet contractual and SLA requirements
- Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain strong communication with outsourced service providers (OSPs)
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
- Coordinate across CBG to drive strategic initiatives:
- Branch transformation
- Digitalization and process efficiency
- Cross-functional collaboration models
- Lead and influence multiple stakeholders across departments and external partners

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in banking, branch operations, or vendor management
- 7 years in knowledge of consumer banking group business (preferred)
- Strong project management, planning, and execution capabilities
- Experience in stakeholder management across internal teams and external vendors
- Familiarity with branch operations, especially facility and service management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high accountability and emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Agile, detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
