AVP, Programming & Digital Content Editorial

You will lead a team in managing the daily content programming and editorial operations for Now TV, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience across the platform. This role is responsible for front-end content curation, platform coordination, metadata management, and the continuous enhancement of UI, workflow efficiency, and audience engagement. Major job duties include:

Your Role

• Manage the daily content programming operationsto ensure timely and accurate content delivery
• Oversee content editorial execution and quality standards
• Manage Now TV's home menuand other new pages
• Drive daily UI curationto optimize content discovery and user engagement
• Curate and support the Now TV platform from frontend to backend,by collaborating with key stakeholders, such as Marketing and Product, to improve MAUand click rates
• Drive business features and innovationon UI and user experience
• Improve workflow efficiencyand control operational costvia AI adoption
• Manage and maintain meta-datafrom 3rd-party appssuch as D+, Max, Viu TV, etc.

To Succeed in this Role

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in content programming, digital content editorial, OTT/platform operations, or media-related content management
• Strong understanding of digital content editorial, programmingworkflowsand UI/front-page content discovery
• Good understanding of frontend/backend platform flowsand metadata/integration concepts
• AI/automation exposure, with experience in applying AI/automation to operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with metadata management and third-party content integration processes
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
