Key responsibilities

Producing and reviewing daily P&L and P&L explanations for the internal stakeholders.
Working closely with other Middle Office functions (Valuations, Risk & Operations, Treasury teams) to resolve booking, P&L distribution, accounting and valuations queries.
Performing regular portfolio analysis to ensure the valuations are appropriate.
Undertaking month-end procedures, including Balance Sheet substantiation.

Role requirements

Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CFA)
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Control in Investment Banking or other financial services companies
Sound knowledge in Equity Derivative products.
Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of other analytical digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python) as an advantage
Analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills
