The Job:

• Assume responsibility for the overall product function in HK operation (wealth management products)

• Oversee product development including the full project cycle from product idea generation to product launch implementation and product promotion/trainings

• Be customer centric and provide business insight on product decision, campaigns, as well as supporting business on special quotations

• Manage external stakeholders, including reinsurers, business partners and regulators for business development and sustainable products

• Manage internal stakeholders, including distribution channels, finance, actuarial, investment, IT, operations, risk and compliance, legal to ensure successful product launch

• Take ownership and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate product-related communications, such as dividend communications

• Lead and develop a successful product team

The Person:

• University graduate or above with minimum 18 years working experience in product development, actuarial and marketing in HK life insurance industry

• Excellent leadership skills, and fluent in written and spoken English

• Strong people management skills, self-motivated, organized, and a committed team player
