About Our Client
Our client is an established financial institution looking to appoint an AVP, Human Resources Business Partner in Singapore.
This is a newly created role offering direct exposure to senior business leaders. The successful candidate will help shape the HRBP agenda and deliver commercially practical people solutions. Candidates from fintech or fast-growing financial services environments are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner senior leaders on business and people priorities
• Advise on workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession and employee engagement
• Support business growth, transformation and organisational change
• Identify people issues early and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
• Manage employee relations matters with sound judgement and objectivity
• Use workforce data and market insights to support decision-making
• Work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver key people initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• Approximately 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, including HR business partnering
• Experience within fintech, financial services or a fast-paced commercial environment is preferred
• Proven ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded, solutions oriented and comfortable challenging constructively
• Strong experience across talent, organisational change, workforce planning and employee relations
• Hands-on, adaptable and able to operate effectively in an evolving environment
• Strong communication, judgement and stakeholder management skills
