Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of the digital insurance platform
Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for new digital insurance offerings
Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure successful system design, development, and delivery
Coordinate with external insurance partners for API integration and policy issuance handling
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations throughout the product lifecycle
Monitor product performance post-launch and identify enhancement opportunities
Act as a key liaison between business, tech, and insurance partners to align priorities and resolve issues

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in product management, working experience within insurance, fintech, or digital platforms
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working with cross-border or regional tech teams is a strong plus
Familiarity with API integration and digital insurance sales flows preferred
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
