Job Description:
- Conduct branch health check and examine operational compliance
- Perform as independent reviewer to evaluate the control environment of branches and identify branch risk exposure
- Review and manage escalation on security violations, operational losses, frauds, and control gaps
- Conclude and highlight findings/issues of branch risk assessment to senior management
- Involve in the discussion of new process design as well as re-engineering process
- Conduct training and enhance BM/BSM control concept
Our Ideal Candidates:
- 5:10 years experience with branch operations or control functions are preferred.
- Strong awareness of risk and control factors
- Good analytical skill and experts on Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Able to express opinion clearly and capture out key points
- High Self-initiative and details management to meet deadline
- Business travel required (on-site branch visit)
