Job Description

Product Management

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the high net worth (HNW) affluent credit card portfolio, leading the negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with DBS's strategic objectives and maximizing value for all stakeholders, including strong collaboration with internal banking resources like Wealth Management to drive banking synergy
  • Oversee the overall HNW affluent portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value, with a strong focus on cross-selling, deepening client relationships, and driving fee revenue through internal partnerships
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for HNW affluent credit card products, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing maintenance. This includes defining product specifications tailored for this specific segment, managing cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Wealth Management), and ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget, leveraging internal expertise to cater to the unique needs of the HNW segment
  • Leverage market research and customer insights, particularly for the HNW affluent segment, to ensure product offerings are aligned with evolving customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation in collaboration with internal banking divisions, driving banking synergy for this segment

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, internal teams (especially Wealth Management, Private Banking, and other relevant banking units focused on the HNW segment), and senior management, fostering banking synergy
  • Effectively communicate program performance, strategic initiatives, and risk assessments to senior management through compelling presentations and reports, highlighting the integration with broader banking services and the value driven for the HNW segment
  • Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery, fostering strong internal partnerships and driving fee revenue

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of HNW affluent partnerships and product performance (e.g., activation rates, spend, portfolio health, profitability, customer satisfaction), with an emphasis on metrics related to internal referrals, cross-product adoption, and fee revenue generation for the HNW segment
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present insights to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments, emphasizing the value generated through internal resource maximization and banking synergy for the HNW segment, including fee revenue
