Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Automotive Industries Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, building relationships, and exploring new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell passenger, commercial, and industrial automotive products to dealers and fleet customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide professional product recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Market & Industry Development

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
  • Introduce new ideas and initiatives to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Explore opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Digital & Customer Engagement

  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in creating content and sharing industry insights to engage customers.

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and technology.
