We are conducting a Walk-in Drive for QA Automation Testers with hands-on experience in Selenium, Python, BDD, and API Automation. Candidates should have strong experience in automation testing, BDD framework implementation, API testing, and Python programming. The drive will be conducted at the IBM location. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-Python BDD automation frameworks.
• Create and maintain BDD scenarios, feature files, and step definitions.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and API test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web applications and REST APIs.
• Design and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and track defects throughout the SDLC.
• Develop reusable automation components and improve framework stability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in an Agile/CI-CD environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation and Quality Engineering practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience in QA / Software Testing.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Python-based BDD frameworks.
• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Python for web application automation.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks such as Python Behave and/or SpecFlow.
• Strong experience in QA Automation of Web Applications, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Manual Testing methodologies.
• Experience in test case design, execution, defect identification, and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, test strategy, and Quality Engineering practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable and scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of BDD feature files, scenarios, step definitions, hooks, tags, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python programming and automation scripting.
