Job Description:

1. Lead the team in promoting and optimizing the application of automation technologies to enhance production process efficiency.,
2. Responsible for the development and implementation of automation equipment and solutions to ensure they meet production requirements.,
3. Formulate strategic plans to optimize production processes and improve overall production efficiency.,
4. Analyze industry trends and technological developments, providing innovative solutions and driving their implementation.,
5. Manage cross-departmental projects, coordinating resources to ensure projects are completed on time and meet standards.,,

Qualification:

1. Over 8 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the PAE field.8,PAE
2. Capable of driving the implementation and application of new automation technologies.
3. Possess expertise in the development of automation equipment and solutions.
4. Able to formulate and execute strategies to enhance production efficiency.
5. Excellent team leadership and cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
