Job Description
- Evaluate, design, and implement factory automation solutions and equipment upgrades.
- Drive manufacturing process improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality.
- Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve machine utilization.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to execute automation projects.
- Assess emerging technologies and automation applications for operational improvement.
- Develop technical documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare for future leadership responsibilities through project ownership and team collaboration.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, equipment engineering, or process engineering.
- Experience with automation equipment, PLC, robotics, machine vision, or industrial control systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated project management or team leadership potential.
- Passion for automation technologies and aspiration to grow into a supervisory position.
