Automation Electrical Control Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the automation electrical control team in developing electrical control, PLC, and PC designs for automated equipment.
2. Establish standardized development processes and technical documentation.
3. Assist with equipment acceptance, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
4. Handle department management, talent development, and define the department's development direction and technical roadmap.
5. Travel short-term, domestic and overseas, as required by projects.

Requirements

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
2. 10+ years of experience in automation electrical control development and department management.
3. Familiarity with various components used in automated equipment.
4. Experience developing with Keyence PLC, C#, and AOI is a plus.
5. TOEIC score of 600 or above; able to use English as a working language.
