Automation Analyst - IT Infrastructure

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

. Typically 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automation, enterprise monitoring, observability, IT operations or a related technical role.

. Demonstrable hands-on experience in scripting, monitoring configuration, dashboard or alert development, and operational support.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Linux and Windows operating systems, networks, storage, and virtualisation.

. Practical scripting experience in at least one language such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.

. Hands-on exposure to one or more monitoring or observability tools such as BMC Helix, ITSM Helix Remedy, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, or Splunk.

. Experience with dashboards, alert rules, event analysis, log analysis, integrations, and operational troubleshooting.

. Understanding of cloud concepts, DevOps practices, CI/CD, APIs, version control, or AI Ops concepts is advantageous.
