**** This role can be based in either Taiwan or mainland China (including cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou). ******
Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Perform audits, reviews, and compilations of SEC and private clients in various industries including but not limited to commercial markets i.e. manufacturing, technology and consumer products
- Timely communicate to all members of engagement team and appropriate client personnel
- Active learning attitude
- Review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures for appropriateness in form, content, completeness and accuracy
- Keep up to date on U.S. GAAP laws and regulations
- Stay current on technical and industry developments and standards while evaluating potential impacts on their client engagements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 1+ year experience in public accounting field
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, but also work well with others
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA License or on track to obtain
- Software Experience - Microsoft Office 365
