Job Title: Audio transcription and Quality assurance (Chinese (Mandarin) Speaker)
Expected working hours: 6-7 hours per day (Mandatory)
Hourly rate : USD 15 per hour
Project tenure : 1 Month(High possibility of extension)

About the Role:
We are seeking a candidates who is belongs from Taiwan and has detail-oriented and dedicated with hands-on experience in audio transcription and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately converting audio content into written text, maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen carefully to audio recordings and transcribe them into clear, accurate, and grammatically correct text.
- Identify and correct transcription errors, ensuring proper spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
- Handle different accents, speech clarity levels, and background noises with attention to detail.
- Tag and label transcriptions as per project guidelines.
- Review, proofread, and edit transcripts for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Follow client-specific formatting and delivery instructions.
- Work closely with project leads and QA teams to meet daily quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of all content handled.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in audio transcription or related linguistic work.
- Excellent command of Chinese and English language with strong grammar and listening skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy with familiarity in transcription tools or software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines strictly.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, functional laptop/desktop, and good-quality headphones (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AI training, transcription QA, or linguistic data projects.
- Familiarity with timestamping, labeling, or annotation tasks.
- Experience working with global transcription platforms or large-scale linguistic projects.
- Knowledge of speech-to-text software and audio editing tools is an added advantage.
