Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the basic technology related work of Douyin live broadcast, creating the ultimate live broadcast experience and engineering structure 2. Responsible for the audio and video experience of Douyin live broadcast, optimizing the sound quality, image quality, transmission, playback, cost, etc. across the entire link, improving the refined experience for anchors and viewers, and implementing audio and video quality, cost, and performance anti-degradation technology construction 3. Responsible for exploring the implementation of new technologies related to AI+ audio and video capabilities in the business, improving live broadcast user experience, and assisting business development 4. Responsible for key and difficult technical tackle and new technology pre-research.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, software engineering and other related majors are preferred 2. Have certain audio and video development experience, proficient in audio and video collection/rendering/playback on any Android/iOS platform 3. Proficient in C/C++ programming language, familiar with cross-platform construction and related tool chains, good software design and architecture capabilities, strong logical understanding, and excellent ability to analyze and solve problems 4. Familiar with FFmpeg/OpenGL/player principles and usage 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and excellent teamwork skills 6. Have strong technical curiosity, self-drive, and excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
