About the Role
Implementing the sales strategy, in accordance with Audi sales objectives
Managing and coaching dealer's sale performance and leads management
Devote in field operations to support dealer daily operations
Achieving the Sales volume leads target and budget target
Managing and support vehicle ordering, distribution and stock
What You'll Be Doing
Volume / Mix for new car(40%)
1. Evaluate, coach and support dealer's sales target and performance
2. Support and implement the sales and tactical programs
3. Report weekly the sales trend and actions in place
4. Support annual/quarterly/monthly volume planning, including leads, retail, wholesale, and ordering targets
Dealer Management (30%)
1. Lead dealers to develop the dealer plan to achieve the sales target, leads target, incoming orders target, closing rate target and wholesale target
2. Execute and lead the annual/ quarterly leads, sales plan and tactical plan with dealer and adapts Audi Taiwan's strategy to dealer level
3. Support dealers to develop the monthly/ quarterly tactical plan, and incorporate the Audi Taiwan tactical measurement
4. Prepare the sales review meeting with dealers
5. Feedback and update dealer and front line operations status/ issues/ tactical plan. Also input suggested advices
6. Monitor and coach the quality Sales Processes to sale advisor/managers
7. Support dealer Stock management (including ideal logistical solutions for new and used cars)
8. Work with training manager to supervise and certificate the sales managers / SA with training programs. Provide the training request to training department
9. Support the develops local marketing and leads events
10. Monitor market competition and market movements
Cooperation and Teamwork (20%)
1. Perform teamwork with all other functions; including marketing, after sales and DD, digital team
2. Communicate and feedback voice of dealers to related department
3. Support and assist DSS performance of Audi Taiwan
4. Help dealers to develop co-up leads action plan with service and marketing team by proving effective support programs quarterly
5. Work with VWFS to help to input the support programs with innovative way
Customer satisfaction (10%)
1. Support to implement and steer local actions to increase customer/dealer satisfaction and loyalty
2. Support DD to lead dealer qualitative performance; including DSS; Mystery shopper survey; and dealer screening.
Qualification and Skills
Business School, university degree above, MBA preferred
Professional experience at least 5 years in automotive industry sales, field force or dealer operation experience
Competence and knowledge of sales, leads, wholesale and logistic processes
Target driven and goal orientated
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
Strong self responsibility character
Strategic thinker with strong inter-personal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Flexible approach timing management
Strong leadership to Dealer Network
Chinese and English essential (German advantageous)
Computer literacy outlook, word, power point and excel
Driving license
