About the Role
The job involves working with a diverse multi-cultural team. You will play an important role in managing the steering project for the Audi used car business and leading the RV programs, budget management, and fleet business cases and opportunity. You will be responsible for leveraging new car, marketing, after service departments with resources for leads, network development, financial, support to ensure the RV and fleet KPIs are achieved.
What You'll Be Doing
Used car and RV /Fleet business development (40%)
1. Develop RV project , fine-tune and implement network development strategy, used car sales strategies, sales target ,policies, action plans and programs
2. Set and achieve the used car sales target, RV target and trade in ratio target
3. Develop the UC/RV/Trade in program quarterly to review with dealers
4. Develop and provide consistent and systematic input on UC Catch actions in the market place
5. Ensure that dealers to sign the RV 1% funding support paper annually
6. Develop the RV/Fleet budget plan by annual , quarterly and monthly plan
7. Supervise the development of the used car program including RV budget ,dealer incentives, overtrade allowance, AAP enhancement, used car marketing
8. Help and guide dealers on sourcing used vehicles
9. Supervise and certificate the acquisition of dealer used car personnel by UC training
10. Support and provide used car service package and warranty
11. Focus on the trade in programs /ratio to support brand loyalty
Dealer Used Car Management Support (30%)
1. Collect the relevant information and analyse the used car market and RV status.
2. Support dealers to develop their business in line with Audi Taiwan used car and RV policies
3. Support dealers in achieving overall used car sales targets,
4. Increasing the trade in ratio by helping new cars sales on existing customers loyalty program.
5. Assist dealers with their annual dealer RV and marketing plans.
6. Help to monitor and screening the AAP facility and software in dealer side.
7. Monitor the performance of dealers KPIs, AAP
Fleet Sales planning and operations management (10%)
1. Develop the national sales Fleet strategy based on the detailed analysis of the fleet market information
2. Assist to develop the long-/short-term Fleet sales plan
3. Support the dealers to further develop and strengthen Fleet capabilities
4. Define dealer fleet sales targets and support dealers to develop their business plans
5. Monitor and support dealer Fleet activities
6. Identify and secure new direct Fleet opportunities
7. Operate as an brand ambassador amongst fleet buyers, promoting Audi and securing new business
Cooperation and Teamwork (10%)
1. Develop & execute marketing plan to achieve used car sales target
2. Conduct and organize used car marketing campaigns , website, media plan with marketing team
3. Guide & monitor dealers to conduct used car retail /fleet marketing , and service programs activities
4. Conduct intelligence research on used car/fleet market, competitor practice and customer demand
5. Develop POSM with marketing team for RV and AAP programs
6. Work with VWFS to develop the UC/RV support programs
Budget Management (10%)
1. Manage and monitor the UC/RV/Fleet budget planning & forecasting
