- Production Support & Version Control: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex testing issues in production, while utilizing Git for robust test program (TP) configuration management and version control.
- Automation & Efficiency: Design and implement automated test programs and data analysis workflows to eliminate manual errors and significantly boost engineering productivity.
- OSAT Coordination: Manage and coordinate operational activities with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) partners to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of targets.
- Yield & Cost Optimization: Drive data-driven optimizations of production recipes to maximize product yield, enhance test coverage, and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Hardware & DIB Engineering: Contribute actively to hardware qualification processes and Device Interface Board (DIB) design and review cycles.
- Data Diagnostics: Leverage deep familiarity with STDF (Standard Test Data Format) logs and database management architectures to extract actionable yield and testing insights.
About You
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience or Master's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Core Fundamentals: Strong foundational knowledge of circuit design principles and automated testing concepts.
- Programming Mastery: Proficiency in software development languages such as C/C++, Java, or Python, with a focus on test equipment automation.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Advantest V93000 (V93K) ATE platform is a distinct advantage.
