Reimagine What's Possible 

  • Customer Quality Assurance (CQA) Leadership
  • Lead customer‑facing quality assurance across assigned customer scope, ensuring consistent quality positioning and disciplined external communication
  • Establish and govern the customer quality engagement and escalation model, ensuring clear accountability and effective cross‑functional alignment
  • Act as the quality owner for customer‑related quality issues, providing clear technical judgement, risk evaluation, and resolution direction
  • Drive a solution‑oriented approach to customer issues, balancing technical feasibility, customer expectations, and business or operational considerations
  • Ensure early quality involvement in events with potential customer impact, enabling proactive risk assessment and aligned external response
  • Plant Quality Assurance (PQA) Leadership
  • Lead plant‑level quality assurance activities across APSF Taiwan operations to ensure consistent and effective execution
  • Oversee incoming, in‑process, and outgoing quality control activities and ensure robust quality discipline
  • Drive effective non‑conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action closure
  • Ensure plant operations comply with corporate standards and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Lead internal, supplier, and third‑party audit execution and follow‑up actions
  • Quality Performance Management & Governance
  • Define, monitor, and review quality performance indicators across Plant QA and Customer QA to ensure effective execution, risk visibility, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze quality performance trends to identify systemic issues and drive cross-functional improvement actions
  • Ensure quality performance outcomes are regularly reviewed and communicated to relevant stakeholders

4. Cross‑Functional Alignment & Issue Resolution

  • Act as the quality focal point in cross‑functional discussions and decision‑making
  • Ensure alignment between plant operations, customer expectations, and business priorities
  • Support Commercial teams with clear quality input, risk assessment, and resolution options
  • Lead resolution of complex or escalated quality issues across functions

5. Talent Management & Organization Capability

  • Develop and manage the talent plan for QA team members, including capability development, performance management, and succession planning
  • Build and sustain quality leadership capability within the organization
