Job Title: Associate Test Engineer

Job Summary
The Associate Test Engineer will be responsible for performing software testing, troubleshooting, and repair of Units Under Test (UUT). This role involves managing UUT assets, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining records of UUT usage and testing status. The ideal candidate will support the vPass release testing process and assist with various lab administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of UUT (Unit Under Test)
Manage UUT assets, including inventory control, registration, and status tracking
Handle UUT decommissioning and new unit issuance/setup
Maintain accurate records of UUT usage and testing status to ensure traceability
Support vPass release testing to ensure smooth validation processes
Assist with lab administrative tasks (equipment management, supply coordination, and environment maintenance)
Organize and coordinate team outings and internal activities
Assist with onboarding of new employees, including lab orientation and process guidance
Support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.
- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of version control systems.
- Basic understanding of programming languages.
