Description and Requirements
- Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation
- Create functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for developers
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in system architecture design and data modeling
- Support integration planning between systems (e.g., iCombo, iCasualty, DS & DVIS)
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS)
- Maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases
- Generate status reports and presentation materials for management
- Develop test plans and test cases based on requirements
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document defects
- Liaise between business users, development teams (including offshore centers), and vendors
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and walkthroughs
- Support PR (Problem Report) management and trend analysis
