In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Support Business As Usual (BAU) activities, managing system and application changes efficiently.
• Support application projects and drive system End-of-Support (EOS) and re-platforming initiatives.
• Design robust system platform architectures across Linux, Windows, and Middleware environments.
• Execute ISCD hardening across all systems to ensure a secure operating environment.
• Manage and maintain security patching for Linux, Windows, and Middleware platforms.
• Oversee the maintenance, management, and optimization of application tools.
• Design and implement automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Analyze, resolve, and implement solutions for Network Vulnerability Assessment (NVA) findings.
• Ensure all technology operations and deliverables strictly align with the bank's policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), system administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Proven expertise in system platform architecture design across Linux, Windows, and Middleware.
• Hands-on experience with system hardening standards (ISCD) and security patch management.
• Strong proficiency in automation script design using scripting tools and languages.
• Experience in managing application tools and supporting system EOS/re-platforming projects.
• Familiarity with identifying, fixing, and resolving Network Vulnerability Assessment (NVA) issues.
• Ability to support BAU changes and application projects in a high-availability financial environment.
• Deep understanding of technology risk management and compliance with banking policies.
