Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, insurance companies, and corporate treasuries, to understand their investment needs and objectives
- Provide market insights, trade ideas, and investment recommendations to clients, helping them navigate the fixed income markets
- Collaborate with the trading desk to execute client transactions and ensure timely and efficient order execution
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
- Contribute to the team's efforts in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in fixed income sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of fixed income products, including government bonds, corporate bonds, and structured products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to clients
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
- Proficient in using financial analysis tools and market data platforms
