Job Description

The Position

The Companion Animal Sales Manager is aimed to achieve sales objectives and develop new opportunities in the livestock business by implementing agreed marketing plans and leading the sales team and distribution channels. Deliver value propositions to target customers in the livestock industry by applying Strategic Account Management to align with customers strategic intent and drive business growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales targets by leading sales team, developing a strategic sales plan to maximize the business opportunities, and effectively implementing agreed marketing initiatives
  • Optimize distribution channels through effective territory management to expand the customer base and strengthen business potential. Efficiently leverage internal resources to achieve the sales plan and manage the complexity of the customer matrix
  • Lead the KA/SA team, and develop and implement business plans for key and strategic accounts to achieve sales objectives and foster mutual collaboration. Analyze market intelligence and create value propositions that align with customers strategic intent
  • Lead and coach the sales team to maximize team strengths and meet business needs. Develop the required competencies for sales representatives to retain talent and build professional sales skills
  • Monitor customer collections and credit control, and manage sales activities within the territory, including expense control, sales reporting, customer management, territory conflict resolution, and sales calls in VEEVA. Maintain and develop strong customer relationships by building a professional network with key accounts, preparing business plans for customers, handling complaints, and resolving problems in the field

Requirements


  • Min 5 Years Sales Experience with 2 years managerial role
  • Commercial awareness in AH industry
  • Strong Key Account/Strategic Account management skills
  • Customer-focused and strong relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, and fluently in Taiwanese
