Associate Project Manager

JOB DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Associate Project Manager will drive product solution to successfully grow specific Kensington products. Required to partnership with Global Marketing, Design team, Packaging team and (external) suppliers. Ensuring project time to market deliverables, schedule and quality meet the project objectives which defined in project plan.

1. Well know the new product development process
2. Work with GPM, R&D, QA, compliance, Ops and suppliers to lead the project into MP
3. Well control the schedule and track progress of projects
4. Good communication skills to work as multi-function
5. Project expense control to make sure under the budget
6. Prepare and deliver written implementation plans
7. Develop weekly/monthly project status and performance reports and related presentations
8. Work with the team to identify risks that can't impact the quality and the schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanic Engineering

1. Project manager in computer, tablet or mobile phone products

2. Extensive experience with using Microsoft software project and program planning tools

3. Effective analytical and problem solving skills

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, mastery in English and local language

5. Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results and negotiate options with senior management levels

6. Strong interpersonal and ability to lead and work with the team

7. Ability to communicate clearly with all levels in an organization

8.Participate in presentations

9.Ability to have business trips to visit factory for development build
