Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to drive product awareness and growth.
• Portfolio Strategy: Contribute to market analysis and strategy formulation to support portfolio expansion.
• Sales Enablement: Prepare promotional materials, sales presentations, and data analysis to support field teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Help build relationships with healthcare professionals, patient groups, and internal teams.
• Project Coordination: Support strategic projects involving cross-functional collaboration.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in the medical device/ pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
