Associate Product Designer

We're looking for an Associate Product Designer to help shape the end-to-end experience of our AI knowledge management platform. You'll work closely with our product and engineering team to turn customer needs into intuitive user journeys, clean interfaces and clear product narratives helping everyday users trust and get value from AI-powered tools without needing to think about the complexity underneath.

This is a hands-on, generalist design role suited to someone early-to-mid in their design career who wants broad exposure across UX research, UI design, design thinking and customer experience, inside a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

. Design end-to-end user experiences for our knowledge management platform from user flows and wireframes to polished UI.

. Translate customer needs, feedback and usage patterns into clear design concepts and product improvements.

. Apply design thinking practices to work through ambiguous product and user problems alongside the product team.

. Craft the narrative and storytelling around key product moments onboarding, key workflows and feature launches so the product feels clear and approachable.

. Build and iterate on prototypes to test ideas quickly with internal stakeholders and early customers.

. Partner closely with product, engineering and customer-facing teams, managing day-to-day design input and feedback loops.

. Help maintain and evolve our design system and visual language as the product grows.

What We're Looking For

. A strong portfolio showing your design process from problem framing through to final UI.

. Comfort working with design tools such as Figma (or equivalent).

. An interest inAI-powered products and making complex technology feel simple and trust worthyfor everyday users.

. Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions clearly to non-designers.

. Comfortable working in a small team where you'll wear multiple hats and move quickly.

Nice to Have

. Experience designing forB2B SaaS or enterprise software.

. Exposure to user research or usability testing.

. Basic understanding of how AI/LLM-based products work from a user experience perspective (no technical background required).
