What You'll Do:

• Engaging directly with cutting-edge 7nm, 5nm, 4nm designs using our powerful Aprisa place & route tools.
• Defining, developing, and providing crucial support for advanced 3DIC design flows with Aprisa.
• Working closely with leading foundries and early customers to drive the adoption and success of our 3DIC solutions.
• Supporting customer deployments and expertly resolving complex physical implementation challenges.
• Providing valuable technical feedback that directly influences the roadmap and evolution of Aprisa, helping to shape its future capabilities.

We're looking for a dedicated individual with:

• 5+ years of hands-on practical experience in Physical Design, APR (Automatic Place and Route), or Place & Route.
• Strong experience with digital IC design at advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, 4nm, A18).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as TCL, Perl, Shell, or Python.
• A solid understanding of modern physical implementation methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with placement & routing specifically for 3DIC designs.
• English proficiency for seamless collaboration in our global environment.
