Conduct daily operation of car services product, including but not limited to: 1) price and inventory monitoring and editing; 2) content checking and editing; 3) customer pre&post booking experience audit
Assist the department in conducting market competitiveness research as required, providing market insights and report feedback accordingly.
Assist the international car services department with sales data statistics; use internal and external research/ data to quantify the business impact of the improvement suggestions
Improve daily operation working efficiency by applying AI and automation tools with the help from internal tech team
What You'll Need
Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above; outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
Experience: Prior internship experience in e-commerce product operations, data analysis, marketing or related to travel is preferred.
Passion for Travel: A love for travel and an exploratory spirit, not confined to the status quo, with the courage to identify problems and propose solutions.
Language Proficiency: Working languages are English and Chinese.
Communication Skills: Outgoing personality with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Data Analysis Skills: Familiar with processing data in Excel, and good PowerPoint presentation skills. Attention to details.
A start-up attitude: highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
