- Build and maintain relationships with key external experts (KEEs) to support medical initiatives.
- Lead and develop the medical affairs team, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Provide medical insights, identify gaps, and support strategic decision-making.
Anforderungsprofil
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (Master's, PhD, PharmD, or MD).
- At least 5 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma or biotech.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution track record.
- Oncology experience is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with team management capability.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional influence.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
