Role Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to pitch products and collect application details.
Guide customers through the application and contract signing process.
Update customer interactions accurately in IBS and Genesis systems.
Plan and manage timely follow-ups to drive application completion.
Job Requirements:
0.5–2 years of experience in health insurance or telesales.
Strong selling, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
Typing speed of at least 15 WPM with high accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to process changes and meet sales targets.
