Associate (Finance)

This role will focus on acquisition and leveraged financing, debt capital markets, private equity investments, fund finance, pre-IPO financings, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, and IPOs.
This position offers the chance to engage in high-profile work within a collaborative environment, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of relevant experience in banking and finance. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Chinese languages is preferred.
