Associate Engineer, Senior

Job Scope

• Perform machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment, including calibration, setup, and testing in accordance with defined work procedures
• Provide Level 1 technical support to identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly and process-related issues to achieve first-pass yield and manufacturing cycle time targets
• Support Process Engineers in developing and qualifying manufacturing inspection protocols, including metrology equipment qualification and integrity testing, to ensure machine performance and reliability
• Assist in the development and enhancement of process recipes, tooling, and manufacturing workflows, including updates to standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Ensure all required fixtures, jigs, engineering drawings, and work instructions are available, accurate, and aligned with manufacturing requirements
• Ensure timely entry of manufacturing test data and support the generation of reports on machine performance and quality metrics

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or process engineering support roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured engineering procedures
• Hands-on experience with equipment setup, calibration, or testing environments
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a manufacturing setting
