Job Description

Location: Singapore

Target Audience: Children aged 5-12 (Local & International cohorts)

Position Type: Full-Time / Contract

Are you a current or former educator who loves structured lesson design, smooth operations, and exploring the future of education We are looking for a versatile, tech-forward Associate Educator & Curriculum Designer to assist in our classrooms, build engaging programs, and help us scale our impact globally.

What You Will Do:

  • Curriculum Design & SOW: Assist in planning creative, age-appropriate Schemes of Work (SOW), lesson plans, and interactive learning materials for children aged 5 to 12.

  • Classroom Facilitation: Act as an energetic teaching assistant to facilitate hands-on activities, ensuring high knowledge retention and student engagement.

  • Global Impact & Exposure: Facilitate workshops and host student cohorts visiting from various countries around the globe, providing an enriching, cross-cultural educational experience.

  • Operations & Administration: Support the team with routine administrative duties, workshop coordination, and material setup to keep programs running smoothly.

  • Tech Integration: Bring a curiosity for (or experience with) AI tools to help innovate our teaching resources, automate workflows, and enhance productivity.

What We Look For:

  • Educational Background: Teaching or tutoring experience with children aged 5 to 12 (Current/ex-teachers, enrichment trainers, or international school assistants are highly welcome).

  • Core Skills: Solid understanding of curriculum development, SOW mapping, and general administrative coordination.

  • Global Mindset: A strong desire to enrich and impact children from diverse international cultural backgrounds.

  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Open-minded and curious about actively experimenting with AI tools (like ChatGPT) to innovate lesson delivery.
